How does gravity hill work?
A gravity hill is a place where gravity appears not to work. Researchers say gravity hills are just an optical illusion. Depending on the area’s landscape, a small downhill slope may appear to be going uphill. Cars can be seen rolling uphill against the gradient of the road. According to Geography Realm, one of the most important features of a gravity hill is that the horizon line is partially or completely blocked, which blurs a viewer’s perception of up and down.

Is it worth going to the Mystery Spot? Good place to go if you’re looking for something to do, which is inexpensive, and just a bit of fun with friends. Went to the Mystery Spot with a good group of friends, which helped with the experience of the illusion, because we were having so much fun and laughing at the whole experience.
How long do people stay at the Mystery Spot?
You should allot at least an afternoon for the entire experience. Sometimes you have to wait for a tour to start, but there is plenty to look at, so give yourself 2-3 hours between parking, touring and wandering around checking out the scenery.
