Periyava Radio is a Non-stop 24 X 7 Internet Radio dedicated to Acharyas of Dakshina Moolamnaya Sarvagnya Sri Kanchi Kamakoti Peetam. The purpose of this radio is to broadcast our acharyas' anugraha bhashanams, vedic, vedantic and bakthi-related contents to enable, self-motivate and eventually follow all achara/anushtanams and samskarams prescribed for each of our varnas.
Kanchi Mahaswami's entire avatara was focused towards upliftment of common people and guide us towards the path of athma sakshathkaram, saving us from the ocean of Samsara('Samsara Sagara'). This radio will focus on broadcasting contents across the three margas "Karma, Gnaana & Bakthi" shown by Him.
We submit this spiritual radio at the Lotus Feet of "Nadamadum Dheivam" Sri Chandrashekarendra Saraswathi Swamigal and HH Jayendra Saraswathi Swamigal and HH Vijayendra Saraswathi Swamigal.
Your feedback is much valued and will help us improve our services. We also appreciate if you drop in any audio sources related to our Periyavas which would benifit the bakthas.
With the blessings of Kanchi Mahaswami, the blog has been successfully running since 2009. Since 2012, through the blog we have been supporting veda rakshanam, gho rakshanam and temple renovations very successfully. Next we started a non-profit organization with the intention of carrying out these three major goals in a structured manner.
Periyava Radio is designed as a platform to support all our devotion to Sri Matam and Sanatana Dharma . Ours is a team of very young, devoted and hardworking people, fully blessed with anugraham of our Kanchi Acharyas and powered by Mahaperiyava bakthi.
The rich should share their prosperity with the poor. This is Punya, leading to salvation.
If we encourage and inquiry into the Atman, at the end of it, it will be clear that God is in us.
It is necessary for the community to see that worship at temples is conducted properly. Atleast once a week, we should go around the temple , reciting naamaas and doing bajans. If we do so, we will derive real and lasting benefit.
